The disciplinary process is governed by Queensland legislation, including the Racing Act 2002 and the Racing Integrity Act 2016.
We have acted and appeared for trainers, jockeys, drivers and other licensees from all codes of racing in relation to charges of the relevant racing rules.
We have appeared in the following matters and obtained successful outcomes for clients appealing decisions of the racing integrity body.
